At F&F, we offer 7 class types a week for a dynamic and engaging experience tailored to your fitness journey. Here's what stands out about our classes:
Our studio is filled with natural light during the day, and in the evenings and early mornings, we set the mood with black-lit mirrors.
Our instructors are dedicated to your success. They will take the time to adjust your workout and provide guidance to ensure you get the most out of each session. Have any feedback? We are always here to improve your experience.
Every class includes a warm-up and cooldown, a safe workout is the best workout.
We use workout videos to maintain consistency with timers and form cues, but we also change things up each week to keep things fresh. Plus, our instructors lead live portions to ensure you stay motivated and challenged.
